Faculty & Staff David Descavich Physical Plant Manager David's varied background makes him uniquely capable of handling all aspects of daily operations at Hallmark. He has worked as a chief automotive mechanic and is a licensed navigator and former owner of a Lake Ontario island charter fishing business. Prior to joining Hallmark, he was Technical Lab Manager for a photofinisher that served professional photographers throughout the United States and Canada.
